Cancellation Policy

I operate a 7 day notice period for Cancellations. If you wish to cancel your appointment with less than 7 days notice, half of your regular fee is due. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, full fee is due. Re-schedules will be offered, if my availability allows it. I always try to get an alternative appointment where possible.
